The Sport Basic G3 might cost you a little more than other remote dog training collars, but most people say it is money well-spent.

And, the Sport Basic G3's collar comes with short and long probes, so that it will work on dogs with both long and short fur. Plus, it is waterproof, so it can handle virtually anything that your dog - or Mother Nature - throws at it.

But unlike other remote dog training collars, the Sport Basic G3 doesn't just depend on electrical stimulations. It also comes with a ringtone that can be used as a "warning signal" for your dog. That way, you don't always have to resort to electrical stimulations to get your message across.
